I. Conditions of Delivery
1. Delivery is always through a parcel service throughout Germany and within 2-4 business days after receipt of an order.
If we do not have the ordered goods in stock - for instance due to heavy demand - we will immediately inform you about a delay caused by this.
With shipping to other EU countries and Switzerland, delivery takes about two additional business days.
2. We deliver free throughout Germany. The shipping costs for a delivery to other European countries are determined during the ordering process and displayed in the Shopping Basket.
II. Conditions of Payment
All our products in the online shop are net prices plus statutory VAT and should be considered unit prices.
Deliveries to a company based outside Germany are tax-free if the VAT ID number is indicated.
There are no fees for cash on delivery. You can also pay in advance.
III. Retention of Title
All delivered goods remain our property until all our requirements have been met.
IV. Return of Goods
If you do not accept our goods against expectations, you can send these back to our warehouse without giving reasons within 30 days of delivery. According to your choice, the goods will be exchanged or the full purchase price refunded.
Private customers only: We pay the return costs for orders over € 40.
If the delivered goods to not correspond to your order, you do not have to bear the return costs even for an order of less than € 40.00.
V. Partial Delivery
We are entitled to make a partial delivery if a part of the ordered goods is temporarily unavailable. In any case, we bear any additional shipping costs.
VI Your Right to Cancel
You can cancel your contractual declaration without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) within two weeks or by returning the article. At the earliest, the grace period begins with receipt of this advice. Posting the cancellation or article in good time is enough to safeguard the cancellation period. VII Consequences of Cancellation
In the event of a valid cancellation, the goods and services received by both parties must be returned. If you cannot refund the payment received from us in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation where required. This does not apply to relinquished articles if the deterioration of the article can be solely attributed to its testing - as would have been possible for instance in the retail outlet. Incidentally, you can avoid a compensation obligation by not treating the article as your property when using it and refraining from anything that would affect its value. You must meet obligations to refund payments within 30 days after posting your cancellation notice.
